  • Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures to ensure high standards of health, safety, and environmental management.","
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend improvements.","
  • Coordinate and organize HSE training sessions for employees to promote safety awareness and mitigate risks.","
  • Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine the root cause and prevent recurrence.","
  • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and best practices.","
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to HSE activities, incidents, and inspections.","
  • Work closely with site management to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.","
  • Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.","
","Required Qualifications:","
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.","
  • At least 5 years of HSE experience in onshore operations, preferably in the oil and gas EPC companies.","
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.","
  • Proven experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.","
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.","
  • Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).","
  • Ability to develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs.","
  • Experience in incident investigation and reporting.","
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.","
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as necessary.","
