Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in the food or agriculture industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure proper compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs.
  • Provide training on food handling and production procedures to all employees and related parties of the company.
  • Regularly update quality assurance and food safety monitoring sheets.
  • Inspect deliveries to ensure they meet standard specifications.
  • Monitor critical control points from buying, inventory, cleaning, sorting, packing, storage, and delivery.
  • Report any deviations and provide documentation reports for staff not following food safety standards or SOPs.
  • Record and analyze statistical data to recommend modifications or suggest new standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Perform analytical tests, inspections, and monitoring of incoming raw materials/packaging and finished goods for specification compliance.
  • Prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of relevant QA experience in the food or agriculture industry.
  • Knowledgeable about HACCP, GMPs, and best QA practices.
  • Comfortable creating reports and documentations.
  • Willing to work in a flexible schedule as needed.
