Marketing Influencer Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Influencer Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive business results.

  • Develop Strategies: Create influencer marketing plans that align with overall marketing objectives and measurable KPIs.
  • Source Talent: Identify and engage influencers who resonate with our brand and target audience.
  • Build Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Oversee Campaigns: Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Ensure Quality: Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Analyze & Report: Use analytics tools to measure performance, generate reports, and optimize future marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns. They will possess exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.

Required Skills:
