Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients via various communication channels.

Your primary responsibility will be to resolve complex technical issues related to MES systems, SQL databases, and other technical areas. You will work closely with internal teams, including software development, quality assurance, and customer success, to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to MES systems, SQL databases, and other technical areas
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results

In addition to your technical expertise, you will develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation. This will enable our team to share best practices and ensure seamless interactions between customers and our support teams.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of SQL Databases and T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to comprehend technical information related to computer software, computer and network hardware
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Manufacturing knowledge is a plus, but not required
