Role OverviewThe Business Growth Manager oversees a portfolio of small to mid-market accounts, driving product adoption, renewals, and revenue growth through strategic guidance and strong customer relationships. This role ensures customer satisfaction by analyzing engagement data, leading business reviews, and proactively addressing needs to maximize long-term value.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of 30–100 small to mid-market customers to drive adoption, lead renewal negotiations, and meet growth goals.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customer accounts, providing a high-caliber experience and creating promoters.
- Implement, train, and coach customers on best practices to ensure adoption goals are met and maintained.
- Analyze user engagement data, identify actionable insights, and report regularly on KPIs.
- Lead annual or semi-annual business reviews with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor to drive continued value of our products.
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the position.
- Two or more years of professional experience in a sales or business development style position.
- Proven history managing a portfolio of similar-sized clients.
- Technical proficiency on SaaS products.
- Previous customer service experience and the ability to build rapport with our customers via phone, email, and video conferencing.
- The ability to work both in a team and independently with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Growth mindset.
- Ability to take initiative and think creatively to solve any problems that may arise.
- Resilience in a scale-up environment where we often must solve problems not encountered before.
