IoT Project Lead

This role involves leading and actively contributing to the full development lifecycle of ESP32-based solutions, from concept through deployment.

The successful candidate will design, implement, and optimize embedded firmware using C and C++ tailored for performance and reliability. They will also define technical specifications, project scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Additional responsibilities include planning, organizing, and managing project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met. The candidate will oversee system integration, hardware–software debugging, and performance tuning to guarantee robust functionality.

They will review code contributions, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior engineers to raise overall team capability. Furthermore, they will ensure adherence to documentation standards, version control practices, and quality assurance processes.

Key skills required for this position include 5+ years demonstrated experience developing with ESP32 microcontrollers or equivalent embedded hardware platforms. Strong expertise in C and C++ programming for firmware, as well as a solid understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth for device interfacing, is also essential.
