
Comprehensive Virtual Assistant Role

You will provide comprehensive administrative and support services for EY member firms, delivering remote support to senior executives in Australia and New Zealand.
This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive and dynamic virtual and local executive assistant team.
Your Key Responsibilities- Calendar/Meeting Management – You will manage and coordinate diaries and schedules with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Email Management – You will screen, respond to and/or action emails as necessary
- Travel Management – You will arrange flight and hotel accommodations, and other logistical requirements (VISA, transfers, etc.)
- Expense Management – You will track and submit expenses for reimbursement or payment requisition and adhere to monthly deadlines
- Events Management – You will assist in setting up logistics (venue, catering, equipment) and coordination of invites and RSVPs
- Timesheet Management – You will track, enter and submit the worked hours of the executive with weekly deadlines
- Telephone Management – You will relay accurate and detailed messages and transfer calls as required
- Client Relationship Management – You will build relationships with clients and their EAs, update and maintain client lists, and report on clients and/or markets
- Proficient time management with ability to prioritize workload
- Confident in interacting with clients and executives

- Quality-driven with high standards
- Maintains strict discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor's/College Degree (any field)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Executive Assistance/Secretary/Admin support (preferred but not required)
- Customer service experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to handle multiple executives, priorities and deadlines
- Open to work in an early morning shift
