Key Responsibilities:

  • The Financial Planning & Analysis Officer will work closely with the FP&A Manager in coordinating, consolidating, planning and analysis of the five-year strategic plan, annual budget/target, monthly outlook, and monthly financial performance.
  • This role will conduct special financial studies related to new business initiatives, product development, and scenario analysis, as well as ensure accurate and timely preparation of essential financial reports.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance business-as-usual operations by building and enhancing operational processes to streamline business-as-usual (BAU) and reporting activities.
Qualifications and Skills">
  • A graduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, or in an auditing firm.
  • Possess relevant work experience in the food manufacturing industry or in an auditing firm.
  • Proven ability to build and manage large databases for scenario planning, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical mindset, highly organized, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications are necessary.

Furthermore, this role requires strong critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
