Job Description
We are seeking a talented Fixed Asset Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing our fixed assets and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, performing reconciliations and audits, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting for asset purchases and capital expenditures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in any related field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in fixed asset accounting or finance, preferably in the online gaming, hospitality, or integrated resort industry.
• Experience working with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and fixed asset management modules is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
