Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Consumer Engagement Specialist to serve as the voice of our company to consumers across digital formats. The role will be responsible for executing the day-to-day tone of voice for multiple brands in response to consumer comments/inquiries received via email through our website.

The Consumer Engagement Specialist will drive consumer loyalty through direct engagement and reply to online reviews, ensuring that our company is perceived as supportive and responsive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to consumer product/company concerns and inquiries, following established service level agreements (SLAs) and best practices for consumer engagement.
  • Write and respond to consumers via email, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, PR, English, Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with consumers and adapting to different brand voices/tones/personalities.
  • Ability to prioritize work, be detail-oriented, and work independently.
  • Great team player and communicator with a strong interest in the consumer experience.
