We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Community Liaison.

A typical day for this role would involve working closely with customers, providing them with personalized support and ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

This includes tasks such as assisting with WiFi codes, helping customers locate their packages, and setting up projectors and ordering drinks.

The Community Liaison will also be responsible for organizing events and activities that bring the community together, such as networking events. This may involve planning and executing logistics, creating promotional materials, and communicating with customers.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Community Liaison will work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that benefit the community.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude. You should also be confident using basic IT packages and have a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
