Job Title: Recruitment Team Lead

Job Summary:

V-Call Center Link (VCC Link) Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of identifying and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications for specific roles.
- Coordination: Manage the interview process, schedule interviews, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth recruitment pipeline.
- Building Relationships: Cultivate relationships with potential candidates, maintain a talent pool, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to evaluate recruitment strategies' effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Experience in Recruitment: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
- Recruitment Techniques: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and recruitment pipelines efficiently.
- Analytical Aptitude: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
