Job Opportunity:

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy data accuracy, policy and process, working with systems, and supporting a fast-moving sales environment.

As a coordinator, you will play a crucial part in helping the sales team close business efficiently by reviewing and verifying incoming deals for accuracy.

The key responsibilities include confirming transactions adhere to revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines, handling contract amendments, maintaining data integrity in Salesforce CPQ, and entering/updating deal data points accurately.

You will also monitor the internal Slack deal support hotline channel and provide general administrative support to the Deal Desk team.

To be successful in this role, you must consistently meet defined SLAs and service standards to support timely and accurate bookings and resolutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year experience in data entry, sales support, customer service, or operations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe tools (a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator in English at a professional level (written and verbal)
