Job Title: Renewal Manager

As a key player in customer success, the Renewal Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth understanding of assigned customer assets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Provide expertise in complex software quoting, revenue models, and contract value optimization.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers by working closely with professional services, technical support, and sales operations.
  • Proactively manage customer relationships to maximize retention during the renewal process.
  • Drive expansion and growth opportunities through direct collaboration with sales teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role such as Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Sales Engineer.
  • Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience with Privilege Access Service solutions like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc.
  • Ability to interface with complex clients at the director level, providing business and technical solutions.
  • Competency in Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms.
