Customer Renewals Sales Specialist, Night Shift

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Customer Renewals Sales Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving industry-leading renewal rates and maintaining a large volume of renewals with a high call and email volume daily. This includes collaborating with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

In this role, you will develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors within our existing customer base to drive high ROI on SWI. You will also identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management and commercial capabilities to drive renewals to on-time closure.

This position requires the ability to navigate and bring clarity to complex situations, network and build trust both internally and externally, and prior experience with CRM software such as NetSuite or Salesforce. If you have 2+ years' experience in a technical sales role and possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive industry-leading renewal rates and maintain a large volume of renewals with a high call and email volume daily
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in a hybrid work environment

  • Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management and commercial capabilities
  • Prioritize responsibilities within your customer segment, differentiating between accounts at risk and balancing daily activity and velocity sales

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a technical sales role
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience with CRM software such as NetSuite or Salesforce
