Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients in the construction and real estate sectors, and enhancing brand awareness. This role involves promoting our elevator solutions, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring the company's goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies specifically targeted toward real estate developers, architects, contractors, and property managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales of elevators and related services.
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to showcase the benefits of our elevator solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to better understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the construction and real estate industries, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
