Job Overview

We are seeking a Spanish Process Expert to unlock community knowledge in a new way.

This role involves handling daily documentation tasks, ensuring quality of service, and preparing export/import documentation.

The ideal candidate will have up-to-date understanding/training of process and IOPs to create accurate documentation.

In this role, you will work with peers to support technical or process-related challenges during process execution.

You will also be responsible for performing root cause analyses in the event of escalations and training new hires on processes.

  • Manage daily documentation tasks in line with client/process IOPs.
  • Support peers with technical or process-related challenges.
  • Prepare export/import documentation and submit timely and accurately.
  • Adhere to IOPs and deviations to be checked prior with stakeholders.
  • Maintain data quality to meet SLAs.
  • Stay up-to-date with process and IOPs training.
  • Perform root cause analyses in case of escalations.
  • Train new hires on processes.
