Job Overview

This is a high-output role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and builds solutions that scale. As a key member of our team, you will bridge analytics and engineering, working across multiple platforms to make information accessible, accurate, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver reporting packs (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, YTD) for managers, directors, and executives.
  • Partner with teams across operations, recruiting, HR, coaching, marketing, sales, and finance to build flexible, self-serve tools.
  • Collect and analyze productivity and performance data across departments; identify gaps, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Proactively surface red flags, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement before leadership asks.
Technical Requirements
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (including advanced formulas, automation, and cross-sheet integrations).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs, with the ability to write and maintain scripts. Experience with Python and Java is highly preferred.
  • Experience with BI tools (Domo, Tableau, or equivalent) and data pipeline automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, and workflow automation tools (Zapier or similar).
