Psychometrician & Employee Assessment Specialist

We are seeking an innovative and analytical professional to lead the development of psychological tests and assessments. Key Responsibilities

  4. Stay updated on psychometric research and best practices in psychological testing.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychometrics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools such as SPSS, R, or Python is advantageous.
