
Ecommerce Customer Experience Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Merchant Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support and resolve technical issues for our e-commerce clients.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in merchant support, customer service, or a related field, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting technical problems, identifying root causes, and offering solutions or escalating when necessary
- Becoming an expert in our products so you can answer questions quickly and accurately
- Managing multiple customer conversations simultaneously
- Owning follow-ups and ensuring all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
