Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Pharmacist to join our team as a Retail Pharmacy Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the supervision of pharmacy operations and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to monitor and evaluate implementation of online and offline initiatives. You will also have strong communication skills and be able to handle and resolve customer feedback with a sense of urgency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise pharmacy operations to ensure profitability and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and review sales performance and recommend action plans to deliver sales budget and pharmacy profitability
  • Ensure consistency in execution of Brand of Service Standards when dealing with customers and comply with all regulatory requirements
  • Perform necessary functions for digitally enabled services

Requirements:

  • Licensed Pharmacist with experience in retail pharmacy operations
  • Familiarity with Retail Operation Standards and Sales and Customer Service Functions
  • No work experience required for newly licensed Pharmacists
