Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with clinical experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong clinical judgment and is comfortable working with both clinical and technical aspects of healthcare data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Validation & Review: Manually review patient records post-migration to ensure accuracy and completeness. Compare data fields in the new EHR against the legacy source, identifying any discrepancies.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct spot checks on high-complexity patient charts focusing on critical data elements that may affect patient safety.
  • Clinical Judgment & Escalation: Identify clinically significant discrepancies and escalate these issues to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate validation logs and generate reports summarizing validation progress, error rates, and systemic issues discovered.
Required Qualifications
  1. Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice nursing.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent is preferred.
  3. 1-2+ years of clinical nursing experience in hospital, clinic or other healthcare settings.
