We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and proven results. They should be proficient in social media platforms, Canva, and video editing tools, as well as Google Ads and Meta campaign management.

Additionally, the candidate should have demonstrated experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Notion AI, etc., and ability to create and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and repurpose content across various social media platforms
  • Design and distribute engaging email newsletters using B-roll and branded assets in Canva
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Monitor industry trends and news to create timely, compliant content
  • Prepare all content for internal and external compliance approval workflows
  • Build and manage AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement
  • Leverage AI tools for content ideation, personalization, and scheduling
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms
  • Maintain and manage a robust marketing automation system and content calendar
  • Generate and present monthly performance reports, including analytics and insights
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, Canva, and video editing tools
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Notion AI, etc.)
  • Ability to create and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent worker with a high degree of initiative and accountability
