Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Professional to support our team with various marketing, lead generation, and administrative tasks.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for executing ad campaigns, managing ticket sales, and building hype on social media to promote upcoming events.
  • They will also assist with Google Ads, social media ads, campaign tracking, and provide international marketing support for coaching workshops and app launch targeting USA and Europe.
  • The role involves building and managing funnels, lead capture systems, audience segmentation, and growing email lists for shows, studios, and app audiences.
  • Drafting and scheduling email campaigns and newsletters to maintain engagement and conversions is also an essential part of this role.
  • Contribution to pre-launch strategy for the online coaching app, including lead capture and audience nurturing, is required.
  • The candidate will assist in driving sign-ups and trials post-launch, coordinate marketing activities across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
  • General administrative assistance to ease the founder's workload is also necessary.
Key Skills
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of lead capture, funnels, and automation tools is required.
  • Experience running or supporting Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign reporting is necessary.
  • Familiarity with content-driven platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google, is expected.
  • A proactive mindset with ability to take initiative and provide strategic suggestions is crucial.
  • Strong communication skills; responsive and reliable are must-haves.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision is ideal.
