We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and execute our marketing initiatives from end to end.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own the digital marketing strategy across all channels, driving business growth through data-driven insights and creative campaigns.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify trends and opportunities, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
- Set KPIs, track results, and iterate rapidly to maximise ROI, ensuring effective campaign execution and optimisation.
- Present ideas and plans confidently to key stakeholders, showcasing a deep understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Be prepared to lead and mentor additional marketing hires in future as the business scales, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Design and implement lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Create and manage high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and email funnels, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal conversion rates.
- Optimise conversion rates across the entire funnel, continually refining and improving marketing strategies to achieve maximum impact.
- Lead the ideation and creation of high-quality, engaging content including blogs, social posts, emails, and video briefs, demonstrating a keen eye for creative direction and compelling storytelling.
- Manage and repurpose content across platforms to maximise reach and impact, fostering a strong brand voice and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with internal or freelance creatives for visual and written content production as needed, ensuring consistent quality and style.
- Run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) from start to finish, including creative direction, A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation, delivering measurable results and driving business growth.
- Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms, maintaining a cohesive and engaging brand narrative.
- Monitor performance and continuously improve creative and targeting, staying ahead of the curve in a fast-paced marketing landscape.
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.), using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot to gather and interpret data.
- Provide actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports, informing data-driven decisions and strategic marketing planning.
- Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house), with a proven track record of success and achievement.
- Demonstrable experience managing successful campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or LinkedIn, with a strong understanding of platform capabilities and best practices.
- Strong copywriting, creative direction, and content strategy skills, with the ability to develop compelling narratives and persuasive messaging.
- Expert-level experience with HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, pipeline reporting, and lead nurturing, with a deep understanding of marketing automation and workflow management.
- Advanced understanding of analytics platforms (GA4, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking), with the ability to leverage data to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
- A portfolio or case studies showing tangible results you've delivered, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
- Confidence and potential to manage a small marketing team in future as part of your career growth, with a strong leadership presence and collaborative spirit.
