Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving brand success through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

  • Crafting and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs aligned with business objectives.

  • Overseeing and optimizing the company's website, online store, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Strategic planning and budget allocation across multiple digital channels.
  • Conducting A/B testing to enhance conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, generating monthly reports, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Staying abreast of the latest digital trends, platforms, and tools to continuously improve strategy.
Key Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, or Social Media Marketing, preferably within the consumer / e-commerce / retail industry.

Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM optimization, content marketing, and social media strategy.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.

Highly goal-driven, able to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A strong team player who can collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
