Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Professional to play a vital role in coordinating programs and initiatives. This is a remote position that requires excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Track student progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff members
  • Manage virtual sessions and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor student academic progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure efficient execution of programs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; 2-3 years progressive career growth preferred
  • Experience in handling payroll through ADP provider preferred
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
