**Tutor Coordinator Role Summary:**

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cudy Coordinators. As a Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in matching students and parents with our talented tutors, ensuring a seamless learning journey for all.

Our team is responsible for promoting Cudy services and offerings to potential students and parents, identifying tutoring opportunities by connecting students and parents with suitable tutors, facilitating matches between students and tutors based on preferences and needs, managing and tracking matched tutors and students activities, collaborating with the team to improve the tutoring experience for all participants, and encouraging users to make purchases at cudy.co that support tutors.

In this role, you will be working independently and as part of a team to promote educational programs and match students with suitable tutors.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Cudy Services: Develop and implement strategies to promote Cudy services and offerings to potential students and parents.
  • Matchmaking: Identify tutoring opportunities by connecting students and parents with suitable tutors and facilitate matches based on preferences and needs.
  • Tutor Management: Manage and track matched tutors and students' activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to improve the tutoring experience for all participants.
  • User Engagement: Encourage users to make purchases at cudy.co that support tutors.
**Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable internet connection and computer is required.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Educational Systems: Familiarity with educational systems and student needs is necessary.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in coordinating educational programs is preferred but not required.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
