We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilize data from digital marketing platforms to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to empower teams to utilize data effectively for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure buy-in and support for projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's overall strategy, aligning it with objectives and market trends.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or technology.
  • Strong technical skills, ability to learn new software and applications quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills - analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.
