Embracing Digital Evolution

This role plays a key enabler in increasing employee productivity across the organization. The successful candidate will drive conglomerate-wide adoption of digital workplace and productivity technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Understand how other companies utilize industry workplace solutions, identifying opportunities for reapplication.
  • Analyze current solutions' usage, determining adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage, involving training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes.
  • Support end-user inquiries and issues as the subject matter expert for the organization.

Ideal candidates possess a degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience. They should have 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools and 3 years of driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises. Strong communication skills, ITIL foundation certification, and capability to multitask with attention to detail are also essential. Self-motivated, proactive individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment are preferred.
