Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for optimizing paid search campaigns, conducting keyword research and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.

  • Manage and maximize ROI through Google Ads and Bing Ads optimization.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement SEO best practices to elevate organic rankings.
  • Enhance local SEO and referral links to increase the authority of divisional webpages.
  • Oversee website management to ensure user-friendliness, currency, and search engine optimization.
  • Administer and maintain WordPress websites including theme updates, plugin management, content creation and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the fire and life safety industry.
  • Expertise in WordPress site management including content updates, webpage creation, plugins and site maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush and WordPress.
  • Strong knowledge of onsite and offsite SEO best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for informed decision making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
