About the Position:
The Leasing Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for managing leasing inquiries and coordinating with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email and text in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule property tours and maintain accurate showing schedules.
- Assist prospective tenants with applications and provide detailed information about available units.
- Coordinate with leasing agents and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Manage leasing documentation and update CRM systems as required.
- Create and assign support tickets using our internal system to facilitate task routing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in leasing, customer service or real estate support is essential.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in multiple software platforms including AppFolio, Microsoft Teams & Outlook, and Super Simple Ticketing.
- Able to follow scripts while exercising good judgment and discretion.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment with a collaborative mindset.
