Our goal is to find a highly skilled Accountant who can handle various tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payments, manage accounts payable and reconcile bank statements.
  • Review employee expense reports, ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Close monthly accounts by preparing journal entries, reconciling bank statements and importing data into Yardi.
  • Calculate billbacks for properties and intercompany entities, communicate with property accountants and assist with audits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, collaborate with team members and support the asset management team.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a passion for accounting. Experience in accounts payable and bookkeeping is essential. The successful applicant will be able to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and receiving feedback effectively.
