Job Description

As a Paid Ads Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful campaigns and delivering real results. You are a Performance Marketing expert with extensive knowledge of paid ads, tracking, and remarketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and minimal cost per acquisition.
  • Manage large ad budgets to achieve optimal performance.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimise conversion tracking for accurate attribution and data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform A/B testing on paid ads to enhance ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies that focus on paid ad performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics and attribution modelling.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large ad budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of driving high ROI paid campaigns.
  • Expertise in performance tracking, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing for paid ads.
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies related to ads.
  • Familiarity with data attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.
