The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Engagement Manager to lead both pre and post-sales activities, drive delivery of expected outcomes for each engagement, and maintain executive relationships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead pre-sales alignment, project kickoff, and bring industry expertise and perspective.
  • Drive better outcomes through extensive platform expertise and deep understanding of Salesforce platform and solutions.
  • Engage in regular customer sponsor check-ins, services renewal management, and ensure project operational compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services.
  • Experience operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated technical and/or functional proficiency, and ability to engage with architects or Subject Matter Authority in pre-sales activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence, and experience in working in a client advisory role.
