At Qualfon, a company that prioritizes a positive, high-performance culture, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth in our fulfillment business. This individual will focus on expanding our e-commerce, pharmaceutical, health and beauty segments, working closely with the Senior Vice President for Marketing Services and Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute Go-to-Market Plans for specific verticals, including e-commerce, pharmaceutical, and health and beauty sectors.
  2. Sell our solutions to key decision makers within those markets.
  3. Pursue complex sales involving multiple product groups and divisions, including web-based retailers, direct mail, digital/social media, analytical and data services, and online ordering portals.
  4. Navigate organizational politics externally and internally to achieve business objectives.
  5. Lead all business development activities, from opportunistic strategies to deal management, competitive positioning, proposal preparation/delivery, and contract execution.
  6. IDentify and organize resources required to close deals.
  7. Resolve post-proposal issues effectively.

Compensation: This salaried position offers a pay range of $100,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on prior experience. Base pay is subject to statutory deductions and withholdings as required by law.
