Job Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Support Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting Linux systems, with a strong background in cloud computing, virtualization, and containerization.

  • Investigate complex technical issues reported by customers and work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Provision, monitor, and orchestrate cloud infrastructure using industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to ensure shared knowledge and lessons learned are available to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting Linux systems, with expertise in cloud computing, virtualization, and containerization.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Programming fundamentals in any language, with experience in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Perl.
  • Extensive customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
