Account Management Role

The goal of this position is to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team in a fast-growing SaaS company leveraging AI to transform customer interactions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Understand client goals and help them maximize their platform usage, resulting in increased value.
  • Manage the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, providing proactive solutions to prevent issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, support) to ensure seamless delivery, driving business growth.
  • Lead regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, promoting employee development.
  • Develop strategies to increase retention and loyalty, enhancing overall customer experience.
  • Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS/tech, is highly valued. A startup background is also desirable.

Candidates should possess excellent CRM and customer success platform skills, as well as an ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
