We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of an empathic and customer-focused experience for all employees.
Assist with various people operations activities, including employee onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and data maintenance.
Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews.
Manage employee data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
