As a technical support advocate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and creating meaningful work opportunities.

- Provide hands-on technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring high client satisfaction
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Stay updated with evolving technologies, adapting to process changes
- Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge, sharing expertise with the team and assisting in new member onboarding
Key Responsibilities:
- Client support and issue resolution
- Process improvements and technological advancements
- Team collaboration and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technical support experience, preferably in a dynamic environment
- General knowledge of web-based and mobile applications, with SaaS product experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication abilities
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Metrics-driven, with experience handling high volumes of interactions
