Job Overview

This role involves leading the development of online marketing strategies to drive lead generation and expand our reach into new markets. Key responsibilities include managing lead generation campaigns, testing new marketing channels, developing growth-focused marketing plans, optimizing campaign performance, and working cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement online lead generation campaigns using traditional and non-traditional marketing channels such as TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously test and evaluate new marketing channels, analyze data to refine strategies, and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and objectives.

  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
