Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of our organization. You will assist in project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are tracked.

Maintaining marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and internal documentation is also an essential part of this role. You will support the team with data entry, reporting, and campaign performance tracking, as well as coordinate client communications and facilitate timely approvals.

You will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation of marketing presentations, proposals, and reports. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks including invoice processing and vendor coordination. Organizing and maintaining creative assets and documentation using shared drives and project management tools is also required.

Social media scheduling, email marketing coordination, and basic content updates are also part of this role. Monitoring and managing social media inboxes and Google reviews for multiple clients requires attention to detail and effective communication skills.

You will respond to DMs, comments, and online reviews professionally and in line with brand tone. Escalating client feedback or complex inquiries to relevant internal teams is also necessary.

Liaising with content and creative teams to ensure timely campaign delivery is a key responsibility. Providing support for event coordination and content shoot logistics as required demonstrates your ability to adapt to different situations.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will need to have excellent organization and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as Monday.com.

You should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, GBP, and TikTok is also beneficial. Collaborative and proactive with a problem-solving mindset, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
