This role serves as a system administrator for a global consolidation, planning, and account reconciliation system. The administrator will support the monthly accounting close, consolidation, and forecasting processes in collaboration with the broader accounting and finance teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing server administration tasks, such as managing user accounts, security permissions, and group policies
  • Providing help desk support, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and delivering technical resolutions
  • Maintaining internal infrastructure requirements and monitoring data-center health using management tools
  • Conducting routine and scheduled system audits, including backups, and mapping new data into the system to ensure governance, control, and compliance with policies
  • Maintaining system stability by developing change management protocols, improving metadata procedures, and controlling system access
  • Managing a backlog of finance system projects and changes, prioritizing tasks, and communicating schedules to stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with security access controls and change management procedures, in line with SOX and company policies
  • Participating in training to stay updated on the latest system features and developing and executing test plans

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Familiarity with EPM/CPM platforms such as Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle Hyperion HFM, SAP BPC, Cognos, or Tagetik
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant system administration experience, preferably in large companies with complex financial systems environments
  • A high-energy, adaptive, collaborative, and responsive work style, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment with professionalism
  • Results-oriented with a customer-service mindset, effective verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and solid organizational skills and attention to detail
