Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Operations Manager to oversee our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of P2P processes and workflows, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize P2P processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and implement solutions to prevent future issues and improve overall performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Accounting or Finance, with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience, with a proven track record of driving team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, with experience working in a global shared services environment.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
