As a senior financial analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our company's bonus and commission programs. This involves leading the preparation and maintenance of quarterly compensation workbooks, overseeing end-to-end compensation processes, and preparing monthly incentives and bonus calculation files.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field, and a minimum of four years of experience in sales compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role. You must be able to engage and communicate confidently with senior leaders and C-Suite executives, and have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the preparation and maintenance of quarterly compensation workbooks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Oversee and manage end-to-end compensation processes, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  3. Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations.
  4. Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
  5. Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, ensuring positive employee experience and serving as an escalation point for the team.

As a member of our finance team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation, and provide reporting, analysis, and strategic insights that drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in sales compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
