About the Role

Ricor Mills Corporation is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair activities across our facilities and machinery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise in maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to machinery and equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a similar industrial setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.
  • Above-average computer literacy to leverage technology and data analysis tools.
  • Highly responsible individual with a positive working attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
