We are looking for a talented creative professional to help drive growth and innovation at our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design high-impact visual content for digital channels (social media, ads)
  • Create engaging visuals for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new ideas quickly
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

You will work closely with the leadership team to move fast and drive results. If you're a creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in design, preferably in growth or performance environments
  • A portfolio showcasing digital content and ad creatives (targeting B2B)
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • A keen eye for layout, typography, and storytelling

Bonus points for motion design or animation experience, understanding of key performance metrics, ability to design for multiple audiences, and experience working in startups or scale-ups.
