Job Title: Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team.

Responsibilities:\

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business results across multiple channels.\
  • Oversee the development and execution of creative projects, including concepts ideation, design, copywriting, production, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, promotional materials, digital content, and other brand assets.\
  • Lead the creative process from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling creative solutions.\
  • Collaborate with marketing and business unit leaders to develop and execute creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business results in various sectors.\
  • Evaluate and manage the performance of Marketing Services, ensuring continuous improvement, professional growth, and high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.\
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new opportunities in the creative space, integrating them into our creative strategies as appropriate.\
  • Inspire, lead, and mentor a diverse creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.\
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards creative excellence.\
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the creative field.\
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationales to stakeholders.\
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong decision-making capabilities.\
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.\
  • Demonstrated creative excellence, with a portfolio of work showcasing a range of concepts and execution.\
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into compelling creative work.\
  • Proven experience overseeing a creative team and driving creative projects from concept to completion.\
