Job Overview
  1. Craft original and iconic creative concepts in response to client objectives.
  2. Ensure proper placement and context of images within assignments.
  3. Develop ideas that meet client and business objectives, maintaining high standards of excellence.
  4. Present and share creative work with leadership and teams.
  5. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  6. Work effectively with stakeholders to develop disruptive work.
Responsibilities
  1. Bring 5-8 years of experience, especially in beauty portfolios, with a portfolio of brave ideas and craftsmanship.
  2. Be curious, eager to learn, and devoted to your craft.
  3. Engage audiences across platforms, utilizing every surface and medium as a canvas.
  4. Possess awards or a strong desire to win; prioritize quality.
  5. Have a solid understanding of social media, online media jargon, and technology.
  6. Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle fast-paced environments.
  7. Communicate effectively across disciplines and levels.
  8. Stay proficient in the latest design software.
  9. Be willing to work after hours and travel for shoots and sessions.
  10. Remain organized and composed under deadlines.
