Financial Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of accounting agents, conducting training and coaching sessions, analyzing productivity metrics, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication.


Responsibilities:
  • Supervise accounting agents in their daily activities
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees
  • Analyze productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain open communication with clients regarding key program activities, issues, and concerns
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
  • Verify and validate general ledger codes
  • Address client inquiries and discrepancies related to assigned tasks

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Proven experience in accounting (AP, AR, Bookkeeping, Auditing)
  • At least 6 months of experience as a supervisor
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
